"Staff were not as attentive as they should have been to patients. Not once was I gotten out of bed to walk. I had to take the initiative on my own. I ask to wash off and it took 8 hours for me to receive any assistance. I was also placed in a room with three other individuals. That should have not been the case according to my insurance. I did not sleep well and was truly crying because I hated the hospital stay. By the day of my release my bags were packed and I was standing at the door waiting to leave!"
"Dr. Rehnke is a nice person. His office is professional and always helpful, so that makes it good for me! He has a structured aftercare program to help post-ops and this is a good thing. He did speak of the risks associated with this surgery and I appreciate him for being upfront and honest. I would rate him a 9 out of 10. His surgical competence is first rate, and his bedside manner can be improved (that was my opinion while I was in the hospital--I could have just been moody and ready to leave). Other than that.....I have no complaints. He's wonderful and very caring! I highly recommend him!!"
