hi there! So I just started Optifast last Wednesday. It has really been a lot more trouble than I thought it would be... I feel hungry a lot. I was wondering if anyone had any tricks or tips to help me get through the next 2 weeks? My surgery is on Wednesday January 14th!! Countdown is on. :)

I have my Bariatric surgery on Wednesday, January 13th and 12pm and the new Humber River Regional Hospital. My surgeon is Dr. Klein. He seemed very nice when I met him. I'm extremely nervous though. All I think about is this surgery. I'm acting like I'm totally fine but inside, I am questioning everything and wondering what I am doing. 

How does one prepare themselves for a brand new stomach? Any tips on how you all got through the little bit before surgery?
