Kirk - You are a very handsome man and any woman should be lucky to have you. You have done very well with your weight loss. YOU LOOK ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS!!!!-

Try not to worry about dating after surgery as you will find the right things to say when you are ready. It all depends on what you are comfortable telling people. I just say I am a light eater/I am not hungry or you could use I do not drink. No explaination needed after those statements. People with class would not keep questioning you afterward.-
I wish you luck in finding someone who can appreciate you and make you happy. If you are ever in Dallas, TX look me up as I think you are absolutely adorable and already a Hottie. Take care and keep up the great work.

~*~(From my heart to yours)I SAID A PRAYER FOR YOU TODAY~*~ I said a prayer for you today And know God must have heard- I felt the answer in my heart Although He spoke no word I didn't ask for wealth or fame, I knew you wouldn't mind, I asked Him to send treasures Of a far more lasting kind, I asked that He'd be near you At the start of each new day, To grant you health and blessings And friends to share your way. I asked for happiness for you In all things great and small, But it was for His loving care I prayed the most of all.(unknown author)~*~Hugs~*~

6/2/03 I have now lost a total of 155Ibs in 8 months. It is really slowing down. I have just started to lift weights again after recovering from a hernia surgery so I hope the weight loss will become a little quicker. I can eat anything I want right now (curse and blessing)so I am really trying to be aware of what I'm eating. Lately I have been having terrible cravings for choclate. I am going to try taking a magnesium supplement, I've heard that some people who crave choclate are deficient in magnesium. I hope this helps my cravings.

4/10/03: I had a little bump in the road 4/1. I developed a freakish complication that needed surgery to correct. I had some fluid build up that started to drain near my navel area, which in itself is no big deal. But two days later my incision had opened up a little and some sort of tissure was coming out. Come to find out it was my internal amblicalcord. So they rushed me into surgery and removed it. Actually the surgery wasn't bad at all more of an inconvience than anything else. I am sidelined from lifting weights or playing softball until June 1. On a positive note I am down 145 Ibs in little over 6 months post op. I realize I have come pretty far, but I still need to lose another 120 additional pounds. Sometimes it seems such a large hill to climb to get to my goal weight.
