Living in North Eastern Montana is not the best place to be for weight loss surgery. Doctors of any kind are few and far between let alone Bariatric ones. So for now, while I live here, all I can do is try. I'm going to try and eat better, helthier, and less. I'm going to try and excersise at least 5 days a week. I have to try and do better because this is killing me. The extra weight is hard on me phisicly and emotionally I just feel more than worthless. I have to do better, because when I do I feel so so much better. This site gives me a place to share where people don't look down on me and that helps me tremendously! Thank you all!
