I was a slim kid- slim until age 40 when I had a hysterectomy. Afterwards I put on 10# every 6mos. ,at least. I fought to lose the weight and it'd rebound on me.
After 17 yrs. I ended up at 285#! AND type 2 diabetes, and high blood pressure and etc etc etc. I had been diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis early on and it is still in full flare- I have had EVERY tratment lnown to science- and am currently on 1x a mo. infusions of Orencia hoping for a remission....
My daughter is 36 and is suffering from an emptied out pituitary gland- and is fading fast. We are hoping for an appt. at hospital that has a Pituitary center! Anyone heard of this? PM me!
Two grandkids 17 & 14 and I feel like I am only 35! I get mistaken as my daughter's sister all the time so hope I don't end up a wrinkly ol thing when my weight loss is done! Ha!
I used to hike, fish, camp on the ground and canoe all day and am hoping to at least get to do some of those things again.
I do watercolor landscapes and acrylic paintings....love the ocean & mtns. of Oregon where we live.
