"My pre-op and post-op experience with Dr. Li and the South San Francisco Kaiser team has been intense, but good. The pre-op Kaiser process takes time, but he (and they) set out a clear preparation / education path that helped me transition well into the post-op lifestyle. After this process, I went into surgery feeling confidence in him and faith in myself ~ not bad! Unfortunately, I had complications(a leak)which included a hospitalization and extensive home recovery. Dr. Li has been cordial, informative, professional and attentive throughout -- I couldn't ask for better. "
