I am a 47 year old wife, mom, grandma, sister, aunt, friend, and teacher. My current weight is 257, my BMI is 45.5, and I am 5'3". I feel like I am signing up for a dating site.....but this is much better! I have been overweight since I had my 2nd child, and it has only skyrocketed since. I have constant bone and joint pain, along with afew of the morbidly obese problems.
I feel that I am a warm, caring, loyal, and strong person, but know that my weight problem is going to kill me someday. I am working with Park Nicollet/Meadowbrook in St. Louis Park, MN on getting this surgery done!! Wish me luck!
