I would like to share with everyone my story.

I used to be overweight. I am 5’3” in height and used to weigh 170 lbs. with a 38” waistline. My husband is 115 lbs. and is 5’4” in height. We look funny together. I also suffered from a skin disease called eczema. I had wounds on my feet and my hands. I had difficulty walking especially with shoes on. I felt embarrassed to go out. Some people wouldn’t come near me thinking my condition may be contagious. I felt depressed, had self-pity. I also had no feelings for sex. I had to give up doing some chores like washing clothes. I also felt back pains and migraine.

With family support and a weight loss program that is neither medication nor drug, I gradually lost some pounds. I realized that losing weight is not difficult. What everyone needs is dedication and determination.

My weight is now down to 130 lbs. with a waistline of 30”. My eczema dried up and my back pains and migraine seldom occurs. I plan to lose some more pounds until I reach 120 lbs. or less with a 28” waistline.

Now, I am also convinced that everyone needs good nutrition and fewer calories. Good nutrition promotes good health. Good health prevents diseases.
