well i had my surgery at 7.30 am monday i made it thru the ice storm we were getting i was out of surgery at 9.15 am but stayed in recovery till after 2:00 pm i was able to get out of bed mon night but the pain was a problem i got discharged on weds night there was 4 of us who got the rny two females 2 male the gals beat the guys by a mile they were still hooked up to ivs while we were leaving now we know why men dont have babies so far i have dropped 9lbs not bad for 5 days i never thought jello would taste so good just dont like broth . im still trying to get my 64oz of fluids in doing good on it. hows everyone else doing who got done on dec 3 love to hear from you pk

Monday is your day! Just remember you are on the journey of a lifetime. Try to enjoy every minute. It may sound weird now, but know that you are cared for and prayed for here, and all too soon this will be but a memory and you will be an inspiration to someone else. I am waiting for you on the losers' bench!
