well, it's been an interting 11 month's. I have lost since surgery I have lost 92 pound's I have lost 8 1/2 inches in my brest area and 7 in my waist. I bought a mountain bike a few weeks ago, and have been riding. I love to exercise. I still am throwing up, but I guess that's life. I have moment's where I am still depressed, or down. sometime's I have good day's and sometime's I have bad day's. I don't regret having the surgery. In April of 09 I have my gallbladder removed , so once again I had to relearn how to eat. in the morning's my tummy is upset, but dealing with it. If anyone can give me some feed back Great!other than that, when I get a moment I will load some picture's up so everyone can see the new me.
