He is very willing to answer your question, draw pictures, quote statistics, give you web sites to look things up on, and over all comes across concerned. He is upbeat, and never sems overwhelmed.
His office staff are fast and do not make you wait hours on end. You are seen at your appointment time and waiting time is minimal. I love that. They make sure you have everything lined up and are prepared for whatever is coming next. Post op, they make sure you lab values are in good standing and are great educators. They answer your questions with great knowledge. They want you to do well. They return calls quickly. Your post op appointments are made prior to surgery.
