Ya'll im at 160 thats wassup.I can't believe it. Im feeling so good and luvin it. I just bought my first pair of sizre 10's today ooohh what a feelin. I can't sit still im runnin around all the time.What in the world is going on lets just say im feelin me. I really am i already was but now its like whoooa! I know ya'll can relate im followin all the rules and luvin this. Love ya'll If u are thinking bout wls get all the info i must say this was the best for me n my fam. I will holla at ya'll luv ya'll,stay focused!!

Hey Oh Fam i miss ya'll.I have been without an internet service since Dec now that's why ya'll haven't heard from me. Im gone give ya'll a quick update im still doing good im now at 165 and loving it.I wanna get down to 140. Ya'll God is good i can't believe how much i have changed it's been a wonderful journey, no complications and im still following all the rules.Now im looking into PS wanna get a tummy tuck and breast aug. Im so thankful for this opportunity and its been a true blessing for me and my fam. I have been taking pics not sure when i will be able to post them still trying to get all my technical issues worked out. I hope everyone is doing better then great.I love ya'll and miss ya'll and i have not forgot ya'll at all i miss being here so much but soon. There has been so much going on but u know it can't fade me all it is are challenges and im definitely up for them.If i can overcome obesity everything else is gravy. Ya'll stay positive keep losing weight,never give up no matter what is going on.I have got alot of messages people wondering where i am well im alive and doing well thank God. I love ya'll and can't wait to be on everyday again.

Goodmorning people how ya'll doing out there.I hope everyone is feeling better then great!! Im blessed this morning im celebrating a year out. I can say i feel and look completely different. I started this journey just taking it day by day and its been wonderful ya'll.  I have lost 113lbs so far. Im loving the new me and my pouch.God has been good to me. I have  missed ya'll so much. I have had so much going on the past 2 months. I just moved a couple weeks ago so im just getting situated. I have not been online in over a month i felt like i was going through withdrawal lol. Wow ya'll a whole year has went and gone.

I was thinking about all the things that i can do now that i couldn't do a year ago before surgery.
1. I can cross my legs comfortably.
2 I can run up and down the stairs all i want without being winded.
3.I went from a size 26 to a 14 almost in 12's
4. I went from a 44dd to 38dd maybe even 36
5. My face is so slender now so i can rock short hair now.
6 I can fit my husbands clothes that feels so good.
7 I weigh 10 lbs more then my hubby i never thought i would be this small.
8 I can run around with Aidan (22months now) can u believe it.
9 Hubby picks me up and holds me and i actually feel comfortable when he does. I have never had a man be able to hold me. Its so nice.
10. I weigh 176lbs thats the best present i never been this small.

Ok so thats a small list but you get the idea. Im getting emotional as im writing this because my life has changed so much in this last year. I feel so much gratitude just thankful to be alive and healthy. I love being able to come on here and share my feelings and experiences with this surgery.It has been such a great experience for me and my family.

My husband loves the way i look and how im feeling.He feels like he got his wife back now cause for awhile there i had completely checked out.He is so supportive of me and us i thank God for that man everyday. I was just unhappy with me and as u know if u are not happy with ya self u will not function at ya best. So now things are much better cause im totally in love with me inside and out. Im a work in progress and its getting better all the time.

This surgery was the best decision that i could have made for myself  im so grateful for it and the crazy part is this isn't something that i had ever thought about until last year so it baffles me cause now i can't imagine what my life would be like right now if i didn't  have it.

I get my vits in and my protein without a problem. I still don't dump which for me is great i know some people want to be able to dump well they can have that one. I love being able to eat what i want and i do. I focus mainly on baked,grilled, chicken,fish, seafood. I drink alot of water. Thank God it doesn't hurt my pouch anymore i can drink as much as i want yay.Basically all is well and im really thankful. I gotta put my new pics up.

My Dec peeps ya'll are looking good happy anniversary i love ya'll. Anybody that's thinking about wls definitely do ya due diligence and make an informed decision. Im glad i did. Ya'll im gone holla lata on.Have a better then great day!!!

Goodmorning people!! I just wanted to say im loving me and my progress. My favorite thing right now is that i can cross my legs. I unconciously cross them all the time. I always wanted to be able to do that now i can and half the time im not even aware of it. Im telling you it is a beautiful thing. I know its small to alot of people but its huge to me. Thank you lord for being here for me and allowing me to have this wonderful opportunity and being  able to share it with others!!. I love ya'll peoples and im blessed that i have an outlet to be able to share on this journey.Im a firm believer that no matter what it is that you may go through no matter how hard never ever give up. It will get better and you can reach your dreams and goals no matter how far off they may seem.The key is to never stop believing.  Wishing everybody a better then great day!!

Hey ya'll its that time again where is the time going. Im really thankful for this surgery! Im in awe of how my body is changing. It's so crazy to see it sometimes i be thinking im dreaming even though i know im not. When i started this i was wearing a 24/26 pants and was a 44 dd. Now im wearing a size 14 even some 12 and im a 38 dd. What a transformation. I still cant believe it. God is good i thank him everyday for all his grace. He has definitely been there for me and my family. Im so thankful because i have had no issues at all.

I can eat whatever i want i mostly eat chicken,fish,seafood. I can now drink as much water as i want and it doesn't hurt my pouch like the earlier months.Ya'll know how i love my water. I walk at least 4 days a week a couple of miles. Right now i hate the loose skin but know it will get better so im not stressing over it. I love the way i look overall. So i focus on that. I think what i love the most right now is the fact that i can run around with Aidan(19 months) he is my world and that little boy keeps me busy for sure. Yesterday we ran around outside for 2 hours and i felt so good to be able to play with him and keep up with him. We ran up and down hills played on the swing i mean it was so much fun,Before this surgery at 291 i would never have been able to do that.So im very grateful.

When people see me they look at me cause they know i look familiar but they are not sure who i am. My best friend has not known who i was twice. Its the funniest thing. I was taking a walk and saw her across the way and waved and she waved but i could tell she was trying to figure out who in the world i was. It was so funny.

Oh yeah so im weighing in at 185 this month not a big loss but i know im losing inches and i feel great. Im in a stall and thats ok with me i never stress out about them they are part of the journey. So thats what going on with me. Ya'll know i love this site and the support and love thats here.

If you are thinking about wls i say do ya research and make a decision. I cant say enough about what  it has done for me and my family. I have gained my life back.

Hey ya'll well i wanted to share that i want to lose 15llbs by Dec 10 my anniversary date.It will officially be one year. My hubby says that i should shoot higher but im stick to the 15 and if i lose more that will be great. At that point i will start to set up consults for my tummy tuck and breast lift. Im so excited i don't know what to do with myself. I want to be at 140lbs  so i figure i should be able to hit that by april,2010. So thats my goal im sure i can hit it. I walk just about everyday  so  i know i can do it. So i will focus on my mini goals and that will lead to ultimate success of my overall goal.Then its plastics then after that i will not be volunteering for another surgery lol. Iv'e had about all i can take. So i hope you all are having a better then great day and continued success!!
