"My first impressions of Dr. Zorn were at the information that I attended in Bakersfield, back in January. I was impressed with his ability to clearly explain the surgery, risks,and benefits in a way that I could understand! I tend to be rather like a stick,intellectually speaking, so it was nice to understand what he was talking about. My surgical consultation confirmed the first impressions - no rushing through the visit.
