It's working!!!

I am down 7 lbs in 6 weeks!  I have been hitting the gym 4 - 5 times per week (and actually putting in some real effotr), doing a bit of extra cardio at night walking my dogs, really changed up my eating habits (although still occassionally allowing for an extra treat and not being as strict on the weekends) and I am starting to see results.  I can really tell a difference inch wise and in how my clothes are fitting.  Things are really toning up right now.
