I had the sapala-wood micro-pouch surgery about 7 years ago and had lost most of my weight. I have sense regained most of it back. I am disappointed in myself as well as the surgery I had. Dr. Sapala said it was guaranteed and I feel like it worked for a while, but not what I thought...
I Want to get back in shape! I have a big retreat that I am going to for work at the end of July and would really like to be 50 pounds lighter.
