Anyone feel this way?

I'm just over 4 months post op and down 72lbs. People around me comment on how great I look and are so happy for me. When I look in the mirror I still see the fat woman and don't seem to see what others around me see. I register the numbers on scale going down and the smaller clothing sizes but don't understand why I don't see what others do. 

I am off all meds and feel great and very thankful to my Dr's for giving me this but I just wonder if anyone else is or has gone thru this feeling/stage.
