May 28,2008   Well at this point I have had several plastic surgeries and look much better, but I have started to gain weight. I used to be able to eat anything that I want to and not gain, but now I have gained about 17 lbs since loosing it all. I am coming up on 5 years.  I know I have got to start eating right again and start exercising. I wish that I could do it over again to loose about 30-50 more. It is a great tool, if you use it correctly!
