The story of ME - 42 year old latina female who has been heavy for most of her life. Within the last few years my weight has escalated to an all time high of 250#, which really sucks. Its been a lifetime struggle and I know that the lap band can help me reach my goal to be half my size. I won't be easy and I know it won't be a short trip, but I am willing to go for this ride wherever it takes me. Slow and steady is what I am hearing and if that is the way, then so be it. It took a long time to get here and its going to take a while to get to my goal weight, but I will do IT!
