"I was happy with Dr. Irani. He was very informative. His office staff has been friendly and helpful as well.
I was concerned that he would have an accent that I couldn't understand, but he was clear and easy to understand. (sounds strange but i think that is a huge concern for any of us that have had a Dr who was hard to understand...not knowing what the Dr is talking about is dangerous...this is my health I am talking about!) So I was pleased with that aspect.
He brought up dangers of the surgery, such as complications like leakage. He described how the srugery is performed as well.
I was pleased with him and am crossing my fingers that he has made a good case for my insurance co."
