I am 27 years old, married and have 3 beautiful daughters. I have struggled with weight my entire life and decided to take control and do anything I can to ensure a long, happy, healthy life so I will be an active part of my children's lives. I had the Realize band placed on 10/15/2009 and am so excited about the new lease on life I have been given.
