Hey!!!! Here we go!!! Get ready for the ride of your life. The pounds will melt away and before you know it you are enjoying life again. Make a lis tof all the things you want to do as you get control of your life and keep track of all the accomplishments- you'll be amazed at how great the little things are that you have missed out on.
