What is under all this fat?

Well as the weight is coming off I look in the mirror and the face I see is no longer mine. I can't belive that there is still another person under all this lard.It's a good feeling when your clothes don't fit anymore.On sunday I was at church and my pants fell to my ankles what a mess that was.My Blood Pressure has gone down to normal,my pulse has slowed down and I am sleeping better at night.. The main this at this point is my energy level has yet to return and when i get home from work I just don't have the energy to do the man stuff around here or play with my son... I hope it starts to come back soon, But ahhhhhhh it feels so good to be on the other side of this whole thing.Chris
