I think my story will begin when I get the clearance from Aetna to have my lap band surgery.
I am 47 years old, married, no children, living in Florida. I've been overweight all of my life except for the first 12 years. Most of my adult life I've been working through alot of childhood garbage & self-esteem issues.
I'm here to find support from people who was where I am today & have found a way out of this bottomless pit. I try to go to as many WLS Support groups & Overeaters Anonymous meetings I can get myself to. But I'm finding more & more that I need someone at 2-3 o'clock in the morning that where I'm hoping that there are some night owls on this website.
