"I say very good on a couple on areas because for 1 I did not ask him to explain much to me. I had done a ton of research before I even travelled to Costa Rica, so I knew what the procedure entailed. Also, he spoke pretty good english, but I did notice that a couple fo times he thought I said one thing, but I just had to repeat it. Very good surgeon, his nickname is Golden Tits. I had my surgery a month ago & I am healing very well & I am very happy with my results so far! My friend wants to go there in 2006, she came with me & helped take care of me. I will do the same for her.
I had an extended tummy tuck with muscle repair, breast lift with implants and lipo of the inner thigh.
He was a kind & funny doctor, his son Jorge does work with him, he is a surgeon also."
"The hospital was great. Nursing staff was good & accomidating except for one instance.
I pushed the nurse button 4 times within a half hour & they responded that someone would be there in a moment & no one came. It took a half hour for someone to come & take care of my pain. At that point I was crying. When you are in pain, a half hour can seem like a lifetime!
They did well with helping me from bed to bathroom & for my walks. Food was good becuase I had none for days before! So I enjoyed every bit they gave me. I could not eat it all, but it was yummy!
It was a little noisy, but my room was just outside the nurses station. I just asked that they close the door & that was much better.
It was a good hospital & I recommend it for anyone!"
"Dr. Ikraluddin was very professional. He presented the facts. He told us the benefits & the possible complications he also told us the likely hood of the complications.
His staff was very well put together too, they gave us a lot of information to take home & read.
There was nothing that I did not like about the Dr. He was great.
I did not hear anything about aftercare, well not much. They did talk about Dr. visit's & talked about nutrition & what would happen after surgery. I think i will learn more about that when I go in for my next appointment.
He did address the risks of surgery. The pros & cons.
I rate him very high a 10 out of 1-10. He was kind, compassionate & he listened to what I wanted.
So far his bedside manner is great, I have only read about his surgical competence."
