Getting back in the exercise groove...

So, I got too busy to exercise in November and December... BAD! So, I'm back in the swing of getting to the gym 3 days a week. I would like to get to 5 days a week by June!

What I know, I have to exercise as part of my regular routine...it's not just a quick fix. Even though I had gastric bypass, I know that I will forever need to exercise. I struggle keeping this a priority... I admit it. I KNOW I have to exercise and HOW important it is. I NEED to firm up the saggy/ jiggly skin. My goal is to firm up my belly, thighs, butt and arms. I hope to see an improvement by June!

I must keep at it. I figured I would just write these thoughts down to keep this in the front of my mind and will hopefully serve as a reminder to me when I need it.  :)

Now I rest from Cardio Dance and I look forward to Zumba class tomorrow evening.  :)

Now Let's get physical!  :)
