I finally have a surgery date

Yay...i finally have a surgery date! I now feel like life is about to kick in-as if I get another chance in life?. It took me 3 years to get this close, so now I'm waiting for July 21st 2017 surgery date, without rushing. I've done a 6 months pre op diet with my primary, and within the past 25-30 years, I've had 2 c-sec, gall bladder removed ect... so now it's time to trust a new way of life, guess i will continue to practice eating healthy and try harder to incorporate exercise on a daily basis. But I must admit that I'm getting a tiny bit nervous, however, I want to be as ready as possible. I definitely don't want to mess this up, I'm going in with my eyes wide open. And i really want to thank OBESITY HELP! And this community for this support system and the love because this is where I got my courage to live again. I've struggle for so long just to get out of my home to attend a support group in my community, (i have now been attending groups at Duke wlc evey month now for about 8 mos) I guess Fear was ( sometimes still is) a big challenge, happy on the outside, but crying desperately inside my soul. Time to get unstuck! Sooooo let's GET READY TO RUMBLE!!
