You're going to be just fine. My surgery is 6/30/03...one week from today! AAAHHH!! Anyway....I started about 2 weeks ago "listening" to myself. When I "felt" like I wanted something, I thought about it, do I REALLY want it? Am I hungry? or do I just WANT it. I tell ya..it's been rough...but I figure if I practice this now..MAYBE it'll be easier when I don't have the opportunity to make the choice so easily. In the interim...praying for an uneventful surgery and painless speedy recovery. Keep your head up and your spirits high!

Rhonda - You're going to do just fine. It's a little hard to see that right now, but this time next year, you'll be a happy loser and so many things in your life will be better. I haven't had my surgery yet, but I'm looking forward to starting over too, so just remember that you're not alone out there and people are keeping an eye on you. Jen

Hi Rhonda, Just wanted you to know another Ariz gal is right there with you!...My surgery is actually scheduled for the day your consult is!...I am very excited about this surgery, and I'm happy you are considering it as well.
