low iron - I have low iron and was told to take 325mg of ferrous sulfate . I like the bariatric advantage iron, how much do I take??  

Anyone 5-10 years out regain weight? - I had  Ds  3/23/03, got down to 165, from 280. I am a very picky eater, so has been difficult for me. I have regained a lot of weight. I  now weigh 256, help
