Emma Patterson

"I first met her during the seminar in July of 2003, and finally in May of 2005, I had my surgery. My consult with her was no more than 3 min, she was way behind, I had waited almost 3 hours for that visit. Then during my pre-op apt, I didn't see her at all, I saw Dr. July. About 30 min before surgery I saw her again, she asked if I had any questions, and I had none, I was so nervous by then! Then I saw her on my 2nd night in the hospital where she checked my wounds and answered some questions, and then again the next morning when I was being released. I like her a lot, but I feel like she is always in a rush. Although in her defense, the day of my consult was her first day back after maternity leave, she had twins! She is very good at what she does and thats why I chose her and I don't regret that one bit! I came through with flying colors, my scars are healing well and I couldn't be happier. "

Good Samaritan

"When I first woke up, I was in a lot of pain and the morphine wasn't helping (or the pump was broken). Then they doubled my dose, still no help at all. Finally they put me on new meds, but it took them 2 hours until they believed me about the pain. I was given a roomie on day 2 who had loud visitors, several at one time, there was no knocks or anything when people would come in. The staff were very freindly but I got almost no good sleep because my IV machine kept making noises and I am a light sleeper. "
