Lunch Break

This is really difficult to have lunch at work with others and not eat like they eat.  Eating at my desk is difficult also.  My co-workers are being very supportive and I am finding if I ask I am receiving what I need.  Interesting...Ask and you shall receive.  Wow what a concept...dah.
