"Dr. Kellogg was a very friendly and soft-spoken man. He took the time to explain about the different procedures available and the risks associated to me and answered any questions I had. He let me make the choice about what I wanted for me.
He shares a practice with Dr. Ikramuddin both at the University of Minnesota, and Regions Hospital in St. Paul where I had my surgery done. The staff at his practice are very very friendly and helpful, and while his Minneapolis Practice is quite busy, the St. Paul practice is relatively new and therefore the hoops prior to surgery are much quicker to jump through. From my orientation session until surgery it took 3 months (most of that time was trying to get in to see a psychologist to do the assessment. 8 weeks to complete)
He did a great job with the surgery. I was on the upper end of the spectrum for what could be done laproscopicly, but he was able to do the procedure with only 5 incisions and the jp tube.
He saw me each day in the hospital and spent all the necessary time answering any questions both I had, and my family had."
