Starting to eat normal foods

It has been difficult the past month, because as I am working out very hard everyday (one to three hours), I am hungry again and it is hard to stick to the diet.  Even though I have been eating some normal foods (smaller portions of course) I am still losing weight, and recently dropped from a size 14 to size 10.   I am trying to add in high protein snacks.
