"I got the unflavored kind and I mix it into whatever I'm eating. I made chili and put one scoop into the chili adding 25 grams of protien to a 17 gram dish. Couldn't taste a difference!"
"The hospital was great overall. The only trouble I experienced was that they seem to like to put the gastric bypass patients in the rooms closest to the nurses station - and that means no sleep!! They were extremely noisy and inconsiderate to sleeping patients through all hours of the night. One nurses aid even came in and began cleaning my room at 4 AM. I did not appreciate that - but overall my care was stupendous. "
