well i went back to work last 11-1-06 i then lost my medicaid , i got my 3rd eval n 3 yrs of theropy under my belt, so i only had medicare , w that i had to come up w 1,400 for co pays n deductable. hard to do but i qiut my job n got my medicaid back, i then called the office n w/i 2 days i had a surgery date...5-15-08 ...Happy Birthday to me ... today i turn 44...YEAH !!!! i will upload a pic as soon as i get my son to help me...thanks much Leanna
well i went for my blood work n all my tests , i went from a pack of smokes to a 1/2 pack @ that time, ooops thats still not good enough, i had to stop for 8 weeks , i have stoped , yes i had a few slips at 1st but i am a non smoker as of 4-28-08.my new surgery date is 7-01-8
