You are progressing well and also to let you know that you can change your Primary Care Physician, so do not take any mess off her obviously, she does not understand your motivation for wanting to lose weight and live a healthy life. Cheer up hon, you're doing great! It's a mental thing. It's gonna take time for your mind to catch up with your body. But if you ask me, I think you look excellent! You have a very feminine shape and I hope I look that good when I reach your size. Think of it this way. Better to loose 80lbs then to gain 80lbs.

Hey Sherrell, You definitely look smaller to me. Just look at the comparison of your before and after picture. You look alot smaller. You are doing great. try to get more exercise in and you will feel as good as you are looking. Exercise always make e feel better, even when I am not losing weight.
