"My first impression of Dr. Reardon is that he is very confident, knows what needs to be done, and gets it done. My impression of him has not changed. My surgery was almost two weeks ago, thankfully all went well. He spoke with my family after the surgery, explained what he had done and why it was done. He then checked on me once or twice throughout my hospital stay, but his surgery fellows/residents also checked on me.
I am not real sure about his aftercare program, I am signed up with the Methodist Hospital to attend classes there post-op so that is not an issue.
I would say if I had to pick one....surgical competence would be prefered over bedside manner........however, he had both, which is great."
