Time to pick myself up dust myself off

I have had a rough six months probably cause I haven't been posting here as I should have been. I need help getting back on track. I have gained some of my weight back not tons but some just the same and it is nagging at me now cause I feel as though I have failed myself. I am done with the pitty party and am going to get back to my program. Help me out if you can please.
