Feeling really good!!

Well today is a week shy of being 8 months out..........as of today I am 82.7lbs down!!!! I am now no longer severly obese and only overweight!! I am 21.8lbs from haveing a normal BMI and 27.8lbs from my goal!! I truly feel blessed to be given this second chance at life!! I am happy, feel good, have not been on my two blood pressure medications since 2 weeks after surgery!! My blood work-ups have been right on!
I have been working out at the gym..............trying to keep it on a regular schedule! I have also gotten my husband to agree to take ballroom dancing lessons!! :)  My birthday present!!


Life is good................I feel great! Just wanted to share!!
