So close

I have two more weeks of pre-surgery counseling left to do. Last class date April 6th,09. Then I sit and wait for Anthem to approve me. I have met all requirements for the RNY and jumped through hoops with the things the insurance wanted. Was hoping to have surgery in April but the Doctor's office said it could take anywhere from two to six weeks. Then I have to set up an appt. for pre surgery physical, which would be two weeks before the surgery. Due to the fact that I have to sit and wait, I decided to go to Myrtle Beach for a week. I figure that I won't have another opportunity after surgery. I'm also going to open the pool. I may not be able to use it for awhile but I enjoy sitting by it and reading or listening to music in the mornings.
My husband and family are very supportive. My sister is going to take time off work after the surgery to stay with me and help while my husband works. For this I am very grateful. If this had been two years ago, she would not of offered. We made peace and healed this pass summer and with her staying at my home, we can continue to heal.
My prayers go out to all that have had the surgery, those who are going to have surgery, and to your families and friends.
