Surgery Done and new life begun!

I had my surgery on May 27th, sadly I had complications when my intestines kinked on me and after 5 nights in the hospital, I finally made it home.  Went for my first follow up yesterday, June 11, and I am already down 24lbs!  I am still learning the quirks and pangs of my new stomach and finding it hard to get in all my liquid for the day, but I am getting better!  I find I tire quickly, but they say that is to be expected since I am not taking in as many calories and of course having two major surgeries my body is still in the healing process.
