Had my surgery June 18th

Well got thru the surgery yay. Came home on Friday so tomorrow will a week home. Went back to Dr. today and I have lost 11 pounds. Hopin that is good. They protein shakes give me the shiver however and I have a huge urge to chew. But its a start.
