"In regards to the visitation piece, we had a little miscommunication after my surgery. The person in the Family Waiting Room informed my partner that I wouldn't be allowed visitors after the surgery so my partner left. This brought undue stress to me because I'm used to seeing her face after a procedure and she is used to seeing mine. Even now it brings tears to my eyes and reminds me I need to write the hospital administrator about this incident."
