Just updating!!

Hello Everyone!
It has been a VERY long time, and I have missed this support!

I am 5 years and 1 month out, and I weigh 166 lbs, I think my lowest weight was 155, but I wanted (never thought I would say this) to gain a few pounds, I was looking sickly, I felt good but I hated the "are you ok?" have you or are you sick? so I made myself gain weight,

I have  a grandson now he is 8 weeks old and the apple of my eye! and I want to be around to play with him.

Its a new year and I have a small goal, like all the other people make at the beginning of the new year............to loose weight, just 6 pounds, and to gain muscle. I have been very bad, not going to the gym, So my other small goal is to go to the gym 4 times a week and to drink my protein.

 Hi everyone!
just want to share, I made myself get up and go to the gym, I worked out for an hour. I feel so much better, because I went. Sometimes it is so hard to get up and go, to motivate myself! but I'm going to do better at it!
I have a 30 day goal and I AM going to make it.....to lose 10lbs by Jan 30, 09.
