Just celebrated my 21st wedding anniversary, had a weekend at a theme park, enjoying the rides, shows and dancing... really happy with weight loss. It's exceeded anything I thought possible - just getting into a UK size 12 - unbelieveable! Eating is great, eating small amounts of all foods - feeling really free around food for the first time that I can remember
