~~ NANCY ~~ First, I want to say that I'll be praying for you, and for your Mom, as well. Cancer is not an easy thing to face but, if you give it all to God, He will see you through. Psalms 55:22 says: Cast thy burden upon the Lord, and He shall sustain thee: He shall never suffer the righteous to be moved. My thoughts and prayers are with you both. Nancy, I am glad to see you are home and posting! Yup, I as also surprised how tender my belly was after surgery. I thought I would skip right through it. It was almost as painful as my C sections were! Do not be startled if you start to have pain in various parts of your belly in a week or so. I had them and was told that is just everything starting to heal and knit together. Please update us with your progress, you never know who you will inspire! Peace,

ANGEL UPDATE: Spoke with Nance, she is HOME! She was released this afternoon. She called me before I could call her. She is in MAJOR pain, she was like "heather, when is this pain gonna go away?" I assured her it will subside and eveyday will be easier. She reports feeling "VERT FULL" and "having alot of gain pains"....Told her this was completly normal (not sure if she believed me...LOL). She is trying to rest in her recliner and I told her just to take the pain meds and suck on some ice or popsicles. If you have a moment, please send her some encouraging words.

Update: Angel flying in...Just spoke with Nancy again. She was out doing the "hall walk" when I called. She is having some Gas pains still, however, feels good. No leaks, eating ice chips and some liquids. She should be going home tomorrow! I LOVE YAH SWEETY, WELCOME TO THE OTHER SIDE!
