Oklahoma Surgery

Hey All! I live in Oklahoma and my lap band surgery is scheduled for April 5th! I am so excited, not yet nervous, but I am sure that will come! I have a BUSY spring. My daughter is a senior in high school and 4 senior girls and mom are going on a cruise during spring break . We get home on a Sat. and that Monday I will start the 10 day liquid diet, surgery the 5th, my daughters 18th birthday and senior prom the 14th of April, go back to work on the 16th and family starts arriving from out of state 5 weeks later for gradution! I wonder how much weight I will have lost in that 6 weeks from surgery???? Oh yea, did I mention I am starting a new job on March 1st? Would love to hear from others with surgery in April, especially fellow Okies! Good luck to all! Ann

Hi! My surgery is scheduled for April 2nd.....in Tulsa. I have one daughter, she will be 23 in September. I am also having lap band and I must say am nervous. Congrats on your new job! Who is your Dr? MB
