Surgery date

Scheduled for June 14, 2005---Flag Day!! Maybe I'll get a red, white and blue gown with flags!! Does anyone have any suggestions on a good protein drink? I never liked them--any help would be appreciated! R.

I have Nectar.....fuzzy naval. It is pretty yummy! I hear it tastes even better made with Crystal Light orange. I bought mine at Vitamin Shoppe. It has 23g. of protein .....0 sugars.......90 calories in an 8 oz. glass! I tried it once and really like it. I am waiting for after surgery to use it! Sue
