Just found out Im pregnant !!

Hello, I just found out Im pregnant this past friday. Just wondering if anyone that had surgery Aug 2005 is pregnant or has had a post op baby, and how your pregnancy went? Also I am fighting anemia, and have been getting iron replacement, but I think now since Im pregnant does anyone know of a more agressive way to get my iron levels up? I will ask my hemotologist when I see him, but just wondered of anyone here knew of anything? Thanks ! Doreen
