Wow, I can't believe it has been a year I am finally down 100 lbs, 235 to 135 lbs with my personal goal being 125 only 10 more to got but I sure you all know how hard that last 20 lbs or so can be. Congratulations to everyone. I know I have to try and get my photo on line hopefully maybe this weekend. 235/135/125
