2 month post op appointment

Well had my 2 month post op appointment and everything seems to be good.  I commented on my slower then "normal" weight loss and was told it was because I was not eating enough and partly to do with my age ;0(  which I already knew my age was a factor.....It sucks

Also was told to get to the gym and that would help with losing faster ( I hope I hope)  so I started that today.........
